Sandy’s birthday party is interrupted by Neptune’s Moon, a rare phenomenon that causes underwater animals to revert to a primal, realistic state. As a land creature, Sandy is the only one not affected, and must keep her friends safe from the now monstrously-large Squidward and Pearl.

Old Man Jenkins orders a sandwich that the Krusty Krab does not sell. SpongeBob finds that this sandwich comes from a restaurant demolished years ago, and conducts a séance to speak to the restaurant’s owner and learn the recipe.

SpongeBob and Squidward deliver food to a bizarre realm where logic does not apply.

Pizza Delivery: Mr. Krabs has SpongeBob and Squidward go above and beyond the call of duty to make the first successful Krabby Patty pizza delivery. When the two become stranded in the desert, SpongeBob has to prevent the starving Squidward from eating the pizza before they deliver it.

Squidward gets into a severe accident that causes his brain to swell up and he physically and mentally regresses to the state of a baby. SpongeBob and Patrick take care of him until he recovers.
